Transcripts of Record

A transcript of all college work completed may be obtained online at www.cerritos.edu/Admissions-and-Records/Transcripts/. The first 2 transcripts (whether official or unofficial) are free. For subsequent copies, a fee of $5.75 is charged for each regular transcript; a $10 fee is charged for each rush transcript requested at least 2 hours before closing.

Transcripts may be ordered online or in person.

External Transcripts

It may be necessary to submit official transcripts from previous schools, colleges and universities for the establishment of prerequisite eligibility. Official transcripts verifying units from other institutions may be used to complete the California General Education Transfer Curriculum (Cal-GETC), Certificates of Achievement and Associate of Arts or Science Degrees.
