ASSOCIATE OF ART
The Cerritos College Associate Degree in French for transfer has been identified within its global linguistic Francophonie. French is spoken natively by more than 100 million people in the world (the Francophones). More important, French is the official administrative or/and business language in over 35 countries in Europe, Africa, the Americas, in the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean. The Associate Degree in French enables students to become proficient in the second international language, understand the linguistics of a Romance Language, as well as the cultural/ethnic/religious differences.
